The client was running on a legacy version of Salesforce, and legacy data needed to move forward without disrupting how the business actually worked. There wasn’t a clear roadmap yet for how to get there, and the client wanted this to be a joint effort, not just something handed off and delivered back later.
We worked closely with the client to first assess where things actually stood, the current state of their systems and data, before mapping out a clear path forward for the migration. With joint accountability built into the process, decisions were made together rather than in isolation, and the legacy data was migrated over to the latest version as part of that plan.
The client came out with better system performance, a noticeably improved user experience, and ongoing access to the latest platform innovations, with a migration path that was planned and owned together, not just executed and handed off.
