Modernising SEIFSA’s Digital Member Experience

In order to improve SEIFSA’s (Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of Southern Africa) online presence, member engagement, and service accessibility, we created a solid and scalable digital platform. The objective was to establish a centralized platform that efficiently represents a sizable industry federation and offers easy access to services like events, industry updates, training courses, and advisory materials. We made it possible for SEIFSA to better serve its network of more than 1,300 member companies, enhance communication, and expedite access to vital industry resources by fusing structured content architecture with an intuitive user interface. The platform backs their position as a prominent voice in the engineering and metals industries.
